Shake in flour. Dip in egg/milkmixture. Shake in the bread mix.. If that doesn’t work, do the egg and breading routine twice per chop.

i would dust the chops with flour first, then the wet, then the breadcrumbs. also let the chops set for 5 minutes cooking - it helps! :)
What r u putting it in before u put the flour (or breadcrumbs) on? I usually use milk and eggs. I also double dip it. First in the egg wash then flour then egg wash again and flour again.
What is the wet material you use to bind the breading to the chops? Egg?
