Volunteer! Work with kids as much as possible. This will help you figure out what age group you want to teach. I wish I had spent more time in various grades before I decided. But also remember to let yourself to enjoy not having the responsibilities of an adult. If you learn to balance volunteering, school work, and time to take care of yourself, you’ll be better off as a teacher.
