What is this life?
I’ve been trying to sum up the last 11 days. I had 3 wonderful days with #Education Tumblrs, including housing PPT in my apartment. I spent last week with the one and only KC touring Utah and going on adventures I never saw myself doing. This weekend I spent with friends running a half marathon and BBQing on my roof.
What is this life?
I could recap all the amazingness of the past 11 days, but a lot was posted, and as KC said, some moments are best left between wonderful friends.
Friends. That is the great thing about this blog. It’s not just me writing about life and sending it out into the abyss, it’s posting and receiving feedback. And, sometimes that feedback turns into banter, and then the banter turns into messages, which turns into texing/whatsapping, and then next thing you know you’re on a plane to meet “strangers” for a race, just to hang out, or maybe climb a mountain. At that point, as Jonathan said, “They’re no longer the internet”, they are my friends. However weird it sounds to those outside of Tumblr, I’m so happy and grateful to have these friends in my life.
There. That’s my recap.
I got the warm fuzzies all over.
Can’t wait until the next part of my plan goes into effect.
